- Rascal Training, LLC and sister company Mother Pupper LLC (herein known as Trainer) shall provide professional consultative and instructional services for the dog(s)’ owner(s); handler(s) (herein known as Client), consisting of teaching canine behavioral theory, dog and leash handling, basic commands, boarding, car rides, pack hikes, walks, humane corrections, positive praise, and/or recognition of undesirable canine behavior and administration of proper behavior modification techniques.
-Client understands that Trainer reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and without any further liability or obligation to client.
-Trainer is not liable for any injuries sustained by Client dog or veterinary expenses in the event of a dog(s) injury, including but not limited to, hot spots, abrasions, allergies, or skin conditions of any kind.
- Client understands and agrees that not all dogs are trainable to the same extent, and that the ability to train a dog to an acceptable level of performance may be dictated by factors beyond the control of Trainer. Such factors may include, but are not limited to, age, previous conditioning, breeding, physical and psychological health, individual temperament, length of training schedule, and Client involvement. Trainer shall not be held responsible for poor dog training performance due to limitations beyond the control of Trainer.
- Client acknowledges that Trainer may use e-collar, prong collars, muzzle, slip leashes, harnesses, long lines, and any other training tools deemed appropriate as tools for dog’s training.
- Client acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable, no exceptions.
- Clients who are participating in a board and train must be paid in full at the time of pick up. Clients consent to the charge of $100/day for any additional days stayed past the originally agreed upon pick up date. The client acknowledges and agrees to giving full ownership of the animal to Trainer if the cost has not been paid in full within 5 days after the originally scheduled pick up date.
- Client, on behalf of himself/herself, heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, legal representative, successors, assigns, and any other person handling the dog during or after training, hereby waives any and all claims and causes of action he or she may have and releases Trainer from any and all claims, damages and/or liability he or she may have or which may accrue during the course of training, including any injury or illness to the dog, which are caused by any factor whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, disease, illness, virus, escape, theft, death, or any other cause. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Trainer harmless from any and all injury, claims damages, awards or causes of action which accrue as a result of any injury or damage caused by Client’s dog biting, scratching, clawing, or otherwise attacking any other person or animal. Client shall be solely responsible for the health and physical condition of the dog and specifically acknowledges such a responsibility and releases Trainer from any claim relating to the same. If Client or designated contact person cannot be reached in a timely manner, Client agrees that Trainer may resolve emergencies at its sole discretion.
- Client further understands and agrees that any problems that develop with dog(s) will be treated as deemed best by staff and volunteers of Trainer in their sole discretion, and that Client assumes full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved. Trainer may in its sole discretion, may engage the service of a veterinarian of its choosing, administer medication, whose expenses thereof shall be paid by owner.
- Client agrees to allow Trainer to use its dog’s name and any images or likeness of the dog, including photos or videos of the dog taken while it is training, in any form or format, for use, at any time. Client hereby releases Rascal Training LLC from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim based on use of the above-described material(s).
- Client authorizes this business to keep Client’s credit card on file for any future transactions until Client requests a cancellation. Client understands that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until Client’s requests that it be terminated in writing.

Beginning June 1st 2024:
Late Fees:
There will be a late fee of $15 + $1/minute applied beginning 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. This applied to all appointments, including pick up and drop off for boarding and field day, shuttle service, and any training sessions. Please, let me know if you think you will be late or need to reschedule.
Field Day:
All clients participating in pick up or drop off Field Day will be required to provide us with a key or have a secure lock box somewhere easily accessible so we may gain entry to your home to pick up or return your pup to you. This will alleviate scheduling mishaps and allow us to keep the drop off and pick up route to the scheduled time.
